A series rather than one isolated event

Nritya Yoga was not only a one-off workshop. It was a practice series connected to Karma Yoga, shaped as continuity: week after week, the body found reference points, breath opened space and movement became more personal.

The format connected the structure of yoga with the freedom of intuitive dance. This meeting allowed for a clear container without trapping the body inside one fixed form.

The flow

Each meeting could include pranayama, meditation, gentle yoga, intuitive dance, writing and sharing. Progression was not about visible performance; it supported finer listening: rhythm, support, breath, limit, expression and rest.

Intuitive dance opened a space where the body could respond. Sometimes movement is wide. Sometimes it is subtle. Sometimes practice is mostly feeling the floor, breathing and waiting for the right gesture to arrive.

What remains

Nritya Yoga shows an important thread in Letitia’s work: practice can be structured and free, deep and accessible, personal and collective.

It also reminds us that movement does not need to look beautiful to be true. It can simply become a way of returning to the body, energy and presence.
