Amplify what exists
Identify strengths, impulses, qualities and inner cues that may already be present, even when they feel quiet or scattered.
Private sessions
A private session is shaped around you: your intention, rhythm, strengths, body, story, creativity and the clarity that wants to emerge now.
You do not need to fit into a pre-set format. A session can begin with a clear intention, or simply with the need to be heard and supported while the right thread becomes clearer.
You may arrive with a clear goal: finding grounding, moving through transition, integrating an experience, exploring movement, supporting your personal practice, clarifying an emotion or reconnecting with the body. You may also arrive without exact words, and the intention can emerge through conversation, body listening and the practices that naturally arise.
Letitia’s approach is intuitive, creative, positive and highly personalized. It is not a rigid protocol. She listens to the person’s pace, body signals, present energy, recurring words, inner images, strengths already present and the kind of space that would actually support them.
Depending on the session, the work may stay very gentle and conversational, become more embodied, include movement or intuitive dance, move through writing, drawing, symbolic exploration, energy work, guided meditation or a simple practice to bring back into daily life.
Even in one-to-one work, the practice remains connected to belonging: returning to a truer relationship with yourself can support how you relate to others, community and shared practice spaces.
One-to-one work does not begin with what is missing. It begins with what is already there: resources, values, intuition, body intelligence, lived experience, desire for growth and the capacity to choose a next step.
Identify strengths, impulses, qualities and inner cues that may already be present, even when they feel quiet or scattered.
Give words, sensations and choices to what has felt unclear: intention, direction, need, boundary, vocation or next stage of development.
Receive support that is both gentle and motivating as you evolve in practice, personal development, relationships or professional life.
The exact form depends on the person. The thread stays consistent: a clear, alive, respectful and useful space.
Name what brings you, sense what is present and choose a realistic intention for the session.
Explore the body through adapted yoga, somatic movement, intuitive dance or very simple gestures, without performance.
Use writing, drawing, shapes, images, symbols or creative exercises to let another kind of understanding appear.
Include energy work, visualization, meditation or subtle practice in a clear and consent-based frame.
Connect what happens in the session to real life: choices, boundaries, personal practice, rhythm and return to daily life.
Leave with a simple cue: a breath, movement, phrase, image or short practice.
The difference is not only in the tools. It is in how Letitia connects them to the person in front of her.
Two people can come with the same theme and experience completely different sessions. The practice responds to the person, not to a formula.
The session can move through conversation, but also through body, breath, movement, art, images, energy and sensation.
The space is warm and intuitive, while staying structured: consent, clear limits, respected pace and responsible language.
Letitia can accompany the person as teacher, guide and mentor: encouraging evolution, supporting motivation and connecting practice with real-life choices.
Letitia’s quality of listening comes from a path that reaches beyond wellness practice: education, relational support and long experience accompanying people.
Before and alongside her work in yoga, mindfulness and embodied presence, Letitia supported children, young people, families, adults and groups in demanding human contexts. Her experience includes teaching, mentoring, counselling-oriented support, and roles close to casework, case management and psychosocial support.
This background informs how she holds space: listening to what is said and what is not yet said, respecting pace, considering the person’s life context, creating relational safety and finding an entry point that genuinely fits.
In private sessions, that professional foundation meets her university training in education, psychological science and social science, yoga training begun in 2018, mindfulness training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and current practices in movement, meditation, energy and integration.
A private session can be useful when you want a more personal space than a group class, or when more nuanced support would help.
When you have a theme, question, transition or goal you want to explore with support.
When you want to explore yoga, movement, breath or meditation according to your body, rhythm and energy.
When words alone are not enough and body, image, gesture or creation may open another kind of understanding.
After a workshop, retreat, Sacred Energy Journey or personal season that needs more space.
When the body needs slowness, breath, inner safety and a way back to itself.
When you are looking for something gentle, clear, intuitive, professional and respectful of your complexity.
When a session happens at Centre Bodhi or in a private practice office in Chicoutimi, the space feels simple, warm, confidential and carefully prepared.
Seeing the place helps people sense the frame before arriving: natural light, a mat, a practice circle, plants, ritual details and a simple human presence. The point is not a perfect set, but a real space where the body can settle and the person can be met with respect.
The session happens in a calm, clear and prepared frame, with enough structure to feel held and enough flexibility to follow what emerges.
Private sessions can extend group practice, a workshop, a retreat or a life moment that needs more tailored support.
A session may support a specific need, transition, personal practice or integration after a workshop/retreat. It stays within a wellbeing, embodied-practice, creative and holistic scope.
Scope: wellness and embodied-practice support. This is not medical care, psychotherapy or treatment.
Social proof
Verified reviews and approved feedback help new clients sense the quality of the space: grounded, warm, attentive and real.

Depending on your intention and needs, a session may include conversation, deep listening, breath, adapted yoga, somatic movement, intuitive dance, creative or art-based exercises, visualization, energy work, writing and integration.
You can come with a clear intention, a question, a transition, a body-based need or simply the sense that one-to-one support would help. The intention can also be clarified together at the beginning.
The session is not a standard protocol. Letitia combines intuitive listening, strength-based support, professional accompaniment experience, body-based practice, creativity, movement, energy and concrete integration to shape a space around the person in front of her.
No. Private sessions are wellbeing, embodied-practice, holistic and integration support. They do not replace appropriate medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care.
