Somatic movement often begins slowly. It invites attention to weight, support, tension, impulse and the small choices already present in the body. Intuitive dance opens more space for expression: rhythm, emotion, spontaneous gesture and creative presence.
These two doorways can meet. One supports fine listening. The other allows circulation and expression. Together, they remind us that the body does not only execute; it perceives, responds and tells the truth in its own language.
No technical level required
Intuitive dance does not require choreography. Some people move a lot, others very little. A large gesture and a small sway can both become practice when they are inhabited with attention.
Integrate rather than force
Movement can support integration after an intense period, a retreat, a workshop or a change of rhythm. It does not solve everything, but it gives the body a place in the process.
