In Letitia Rose’s work, energy work is not separate from the body. It is connected to presence, breath, rhythm, listening and integration. This avoids two extremes: making the practice cold and technical, or promising more than a wellness space can honestly guarantee.

Energy work can offer time to slow down, feel, settle, clarify or return to steadier presence. It can also support a transition, a deep workshop, a retreat or a moment when the body asks for subtler attention.

Stay embodied

Keeping both feet on the ground means beginning with simple landmarks: breath, support, sensation, rhythm and consent. Even when a practice touches intuition, energy or the sacred, the body remains the point of return.

Clear scope

Energy work is presented here as wellbeing, embodied presence and integration support. It does not replace medical care, psychological care or psychotherapy, and it does not promise automatic healing.

Integration matters

After a session, workshop or Sacred Energy Journey, integration can be simple: water, a slow walk, a sentence in a notebook, three breaths or a gentle movement practice.
