A simple community practice

Yoga for Peace was offered with Connexion Extatique on August 15, 2025. The format was intentionally simple: one hour to breathe, move gently, return to the body and share a quality of presence in a group.

Peace was approached as a concrete practice, not an abstract idea. Sometimes it begins with a less hurried breath, an adapted posture, a more human rhythm or the sense of not practicing alone.

The workshop thread

The workshop belonged to an accessible community context. Practice could support grounding, ease, listening and presence without asking for physical or spiritual performance.

In this kind of collaboration, the essentials are clear: welcome people, guide simply, offer options, let each person practice from their own body and close the space gently.

What remains

This archive remembers an important dimension of Letitia’s work: yoga can be offered in studios, retreats, public events and community spaces, as long as the frame stays human, respectful and embodied.

Peace then becomes a practice direction: return to what is possible here, through the body, breath and people present.
