A heart practice, not an idea to perform
Returning to the Heart was built as a two-hour immersive workshop around a simple question: how do we return to ourselves without turning self-love into another demand?
The format answered through the body rather than through explanation. Breathing, moving, self-massage, dancing, resting and ritualizing became different doors into one intention: meeting oneself with more honesty and softness.
The practice thread
The workshop followed a gradual arc: grounding, fluid yoga, conscious self-massage, intuitive dance, Yoga Nidra and collective candle ritual. Each step opened a different layer: physical presence, expression, rest, listening and integration.
Intuitive dance was not performance. It offered space for the body to participate, even very simply: a sway, a gesture, a pause or a deeper breath.
What remains
The heart of the format lives in this nuance: returning to the heart does not mean becoming soft at all costs. It can also mean feeling what is true, recognizing a limit, naming a need or choosing a simpler way to come back to oneself.
That is what makes this workshop coherent with Letitia’s wider work: sensitive, accessible, embodied practice connected to daily life.
