Explore the transformative power of mindfulness through yoga, meditation, and movement. These classes are open to all levels, offering a supportive space for self-reflection, growth, and well-being. No prior experience is required—everyone is welcome. Classes are taught in French and/or English, depending on student preferences.
I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, trained by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and a registered yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. I completed the 200hr and advanced 300hr yoga teacher trainings with Ambika Chadwick at The Yoga Social and other registered yoga teacher trainings through Power Living and Human.Kind.
I have taught in Australia, France, the Netherlands, India, and Canada.

Join me this summer for a nourishing 7-week journey through yoga, meditation, intuitive movement, and breath. Whether you’re seeking stillness, creativity, grounding, or spaciousness, these practices offer a space to reconnect — gently and deeply — with yourself.

Weekly Schedule
Tuesday
4:15 PM – 5:15 PM | Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice using long-held postures to release deep tension, restore energy, and support emotional and physical balance. A quiet, grounding space to soften and let go.

Wednesday
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM | Flow Yoga
A breath-led sequence of mindful movement. This class builds strength, flexibility, and inner awareness through accessible, fluid postures. Open to all levels.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Yoga & Intuitive Dance
Where yoga meets free-form movement. After a gentle yoga warm-up, you’ll be guided into an exploration of spontaneous, embodied expression. A liberating, joyful practice rooted in presence and listening.
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra
An inward journey combining conscious breathwork, guided meditation, and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). A space to rest, recharge, and return to yourself. No experience necessary.
