I’m honoured to be offering a soulful and liberating workshop at Illume 2025, a magical gathering that celebrates healing, creativity, and conscious connection. Held in nature, this multi-day festival brings together music, movement, ceremony, and community to nourish body, heart, and spirit.

My Workshop: Awaken Your Inner Dancer

In this 60-minute experience, we’ll drop into the body and dance from the heart. Through breath, awareness, and simple invitations, you’ll be guided to move freely; releasing tension, expressing emotion, and reconnecting with your innate rhythm.

There’s no choreography to follow, just space to listen, breathe, and express. Expect a rich sound journey blending ambient textures, soulful melodies, and uplifting beats to support your inner and outer dance.

This workshop will be guided in both English and French. All levels and all bodies are welcome.
