I'm honoured to be offering a deeply grounding and heart-opening workshop at Connexion Extatique, a transformational gathering rooted in embodiment, presence, and conscious connection. Held in nature, this festival brings together movement, ritual, creativity, and community to support authentic expression and inner freedom.

My Workshop: Pratiques restauratrices pour cultiver la paix

In this 90-minute experience, we’ll slow down and turn inward gently guided through breathwork, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra. This session is an invitation to reconnect with your inner stillness, release tension, and nourish the peace that already lives within you.

We’ll explore softness, deep rest, and embodied presence allowing your whole being to settle and open. It’s a beautiful way to begin your festival journey with clarity, spaciousness, and intention.

This workshop will be guided primarily in French, with some English to support accessibility. All levels welcome.

You’re invited to bring anything that supports your comfort: a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or bolster.
