My Approach
I approach my work with patience, presence, and intuition. I bring deep listening and a natural ability to ask thoughtful questions that spark insight, self-awareness, and meaningful inner shifts. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every person holds the capacity for transformation and healing within themselves.

With over a decade of experience in community and education settings, I’ve worked with youth, families, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, including people living with disability and those navigating grief, transition, or systemic exclusion. These experiences continue to shape the way I hold space: gently, inclusively, and with a deep respect for lived experience.

Over the years, I’ve shared mindfulness and movement practices in private and community settings across Australia, France, the Netherlands, India, and now Canada. I facilitate classes, workshops, and retreats that blend meditation, movement, creative inquiry, and relational awareness, offering simple, grounded practices that can be woven into everyday life.

My work draws from psychology, sociology, education, and spiritual traditions, and is guided by both study and experience. I meet each person where they are, adapting to individual needs, cultural context, and intention. Whether we are working one-on-one or in a group, I aim to create space for authentic expression, body–mind–heart connection, and conscious growth.

Born in South Korea, adopted and raised in Australia, and now based in Quebec, I teach in both English and French (as an ongoing language learner). All private sessions are currently offered in English.

With warmth, care, and grounded presence, I offer an invitation to reconnect with yourself, explore what matters, and move forward from a place of greater clarity, compassion, and inner alignment.
