Join us for a 2-hour live online session to gently explore the foundations of mindfulness in a warm and welcoming space. From the comfort of your own home, we’ll guide you through:• Mindful Movement: Simple movements to arrive in the body and settle the nervous system• Guided Meditation: Practices to cultivate calm, presence, and self-awareness• Group Sharing: Opportunities to reflect, ask questions, and connect with others
